How to prepare a card for use:

You must format the memory card in the camera you will be using for filming to ensure stable performance.

During formatting, the camera creates the required file system on the card, which the equipment is guaranteed to work with correctly.

What can happen if you ignore this recommendation?

1. The data you record may not save to the memory card.
2. It may become impossible to retrieve information from the storage device.
3. Video recording may stop unexpectedly.
4. An error message may appear: "Memory card error."
5. The speed of writing images and videos to the memory card or reading from it may decrease.
6. The memory card may become incompatible with a different type of computer than the one it was previously formatted for.
7.To avoid such issues, always check whether your material has been recorded properly and how your camera reads it!

! We are not responsible for the material you leave behind.

If your filming involves non-disclosure agreements, please be mindful of what you submit to the rental service. We recommend formatting memory cards when returning equipment to ensure your information does not fall into the wrong hands.

When formatting (initializing) a memory card, all data will be permanently deleted. Before doing so, be sure to copy the data from the memory card to a computer or another device. It is better to create an additional backup of the original material.

Also, if there are protected files on the card, deleting photos through the camera menu will leave them intact. Formatting will not protect them, and the card will be completely erased.

We are not responsible for manufacturing defects that were not identified during the card's long-term use.
