How do I become your client?

To become our client, you need a Russian passport and 100% cash collateral.

If you want to obtain special rental conditions, you can fill out an application form on our website.

It takes 1 to 3 days to check the application form. We always try to check it as soon as possible.
We cannot say in advance what the collateral conditions will be. Usually, it is documents (except for a Russian Federation passport) and a part of the monetary collateral.
However, based on the results of the review, a decision may be made on both a non-collateralized lease and a full monetary collateral.
To become a customer of Kinoarenda one should be an adult citizen registered in our customer database and having entered into a Rental Agreement, which is signed before the first rent of the equipment.

If I take the equipment on full cash collateral, can I not take my passport for the contract and not fill out anything?

You will need the original passport to sign the contract.

What is a 100% cash deposit?

This is the cost of the new equipment available in the store at the current time, which is available for purchase.

What documents can I leave as a deposit?

Passport, driver's license, international passport, military ID card.

What is the "saver" service?

This is a service that you can use to avoid leaving a deposit (either in cash or in documents).
Our specialist will accompany you to the shoot and ensure the safety of the equipment.
At the same time, you are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. The saver does not connect or configure anything.

Can I deposit foreign currency?

We do not accept currency as collateral.
Only cash in rubles.

What will happen if we delay the equipment for an hour or two?

If you have taken equipment for a shift, and there is no equipment booked after you, and you inform us about the delay in advance, we will make an exception and not charge you extra.
If you have booked equipment for half a shift, and there is a delay of one hour or more, you will be charged for the full shift.

Do you have discounts for students?

Yes, we offer a 30% discount for students of specialized universities and film schools, upon presentation of a valid/extended student ID card.

Can I stop by your car park?

Yes, if there are any available seats. Please contact our managers to check availability.

Do you sell appliances?

We sell equipment in our Second rent discount branch. The entire range can be tested in the rental and purchased.

Do you have any lighting/mechanical/sound/other specialists?

Yes, we have specialists on site, you can get acquainted with the rates in the section Specialists. And to make an application, please write to our managers.
