KINOARENDA provides delivery of equipment to the filming location. The cost of the service depends on the time of day, the territorial zone of St. Petersburg, and the volume of the order. Delivery is carried out by car and minibus. Please, check the possibility of organizing delivery at the time you need by phone.
Equipment delivery regulations.
Shipping rates:
Delivery time between 23:00 - 7:00 is agreed upon separately and at least 24 hours in advance;
Delivery outside the ring road must be agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance;
Delivery to closed areas or paid parking lots must be agreed upon at least 24 hours in advance;
The wait for unloading the vehicle should not exceed 10 minutes, after which the wait is charged according to the section “Additional services for equipment delivery”;
In case of equipment delivery to a paid parking lot, the client has 15 minutes to unload the equipment. If the client does not meet this time, he must pay for the paid parking before 15 minutes from the moment the company's transport parks.
Loading and unloading equipment.
The driver must not unload the following items on his own:
Racks, crane, weights, sandbags;
Large equipment and a large number of bags.
The driver must not unload equipment:
On the road, in the snow, in the bushes, in the mud, in a puddle or in the rain;
In places where stopping/parking is prohibited, in driveways and passages, in places of construction work, in closed areas, in paid parking lots, on emergency sections of the road;
If the permitted parking location is located further than 50 meters from the equipment unloading point;
If it is not possible to unload without violating traffic rules.
Additional services for equipment delivery.
Possible additional services:
Lifting equipment to the floor. The cost of the service is 150 rubles/floor if the lift is carried out on foot. If the lift is carried out by elevator, the cost of the service is 150 rubles;
Waiting for unloading by the client. Free waiting time for unloading is 10 minutes. Additional waiting time is paid by the client at the rate of 10 rubles / minute. Provision of this service is possible only if there is no next delivery according to the driver's schedule or by agreement with the shift supervisor;
Free assistance in unloading/loading/carrying equipment is provided if the distance from the vehicle to the entrance is less than 50 meters, and the equipment set consists of one bag weighing up to 15 kg.
Terms of use for third-party delivery services.

The client is permanent and has a signed contract;
The equipment does not belong to the CAMERA or OPTICS categories;
If the permitted parking location is located further than 50 meters from the equipment unloading point;
The equipment set does not consist of one or more expensive items.
