KINOARENDA provides studio rental services!
Our studio is located right in the Cinema Rental, and it is a 60m² space with a white cyclorama, large windows, and black walls.
You don't have to worry about anything going wrong.

Two rates have been created specifically for videographers and photographers:
1. Basic rate
- 1000 RUB/hour – rental for a group of up to 10 people.
2. Additional payment for extra people
- If the number of guests exceeds 10, then additional payment +300 RUB/person
- The maximum number of people is 15.
- Example of calculation:
- 12 people = 1000 RUB. (basic rate) + 2 × 300 RUB. = 1600 RUB./hour.
- 15 people = 1000 RUB. + 5 × 300 RUB = 2500 RUB/hour (maximum cost).
3. Night Rate (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
- 1500 RUB/hour for group rental (up to 10 people) from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- 1000 RUB/hour – rental for a group of up to 10 people.

Studio rules
BEFORE THE RENTAL BEGINS, THE TENANT MUST SIGN A DEED OF TRANSFER OF THE STUDIO'S ROOM, EQUIPMENT, AND ACCESSORIES.
The studio's rules are an offer, and by booking the studio, the Tenant automatically accepts and agrees to them.
1. Parking lot.
Paid parking on Rentgena Street - 200-280 ₽ per hour

2. Operating mode.
Photo and video studio Kinoarenda works around the clock.
You can book a studio through our Manager.
The minimum rental time for the hall is 1 hour. Extension of studio bookings is only possible for a period of at least 1 hour.
The end of the hall rental time is the moment of complete release of the premises from the presence of the Tenant's representatives and property. The Lessor (Kinoarenda employee) has the right to demand a fine of 1000 RUB from the Tenant for every 5 minutes of late release of the rented hall. In case of the need to use additional, not occupied time, the Tenant pays for the hall according to the current rates of the photo space. Storage of camera sets, props, light and other equipment in the corridors and common areas of the studio is prohibited.
At the end of the hall's use, the manager inspects the space and cycloramas for any damage or defects. In the event of a malfunction and/or defect, including cyclorama contamination, the Lessee is obliged to repair or replace it at their own expense, or reimburse the Contractor for the cost of repairs or the full cost of the property that cannot be repaired, according to current retail prices.
In the event of defects, damage, and/or malfunction of equipment, props, or decorations, the Lessee is responsible for paying for repairs or purchasing new equipment/props on site. The Lessee undertakes to pay the actual costs incurred for the hall's downtime in the event of repairs. If the Lessee is unable to pay on-site, they must write a receipt in the form provided by the Cinema Rental manager, attach a copy of their identification document, and reimburse the damage within seven days.
3. Photophones.
Any background can be rented for free in the studio by the rental manager. The time it takes to set up the background is included in the rental time (5-10 minutes). Our specialist helps with setting up the background. Please do not attempt to set up the background yourself.

5. Payment for booking
Immediately after the end of the rental time, you must go to our managers and pay for the reserved rental time. In case of delay or early release of the shooting hall, the difference in cost is not refunded.
Payment is accepted by QR code, cash or card. Cancellation of reservations. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the start of the reservation. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours without a valid reason, the customer may be blacklisted.
6. Make-up area.
A free make-up area is provided for one guest who has booked a room since the start of the rental. A make-up area is not provided without a room rental.
7. Change of shoes.
You can only enter the hall with clean shoes, which the Renter can bring with them or borrow a pair of slippers from the cloakroom area and return them after the visit. To take a photo on the cyclorama, you need to tape the soles of your shoes with adhesive tape.
8. Animals.
Filming with animals is allowed, and the Lessee is responsible for any damage to property.
9. About behavior in the studio.
Smoking, using open flames, and drinking alcohol or using drugs on the premises of the photo studio are strictly prohibited. You can move furniture in the studio, but the client is fully responsible for any damage to the property. After the shoot, it is necessary to return everything to its original position.
The use of any coloring substances (including beverages with coloring bases), confetti and glitter, body oils in the shooting room is prohibited.
The photo studio is not responsible for items left unattended.
Photos and videos promoting violence, pornography, racial discrimination, and escort services are not allowed in our photo studio.
